| No. CyFi is not water proof, but it is water resistant - it will stand up to being rained on, but it can not be submerged. |

| Yes, CyFi is shock resistant – it has been tested many times – falling off bikes at speeds in excess of 20 miles and hour and it still works fine. |

| Is the CyFi battery rechargeable? |
| Yes, the battery is rechargeable and it takes about 2 hours to charge from empty. The iPod version lasts way over 6 hours - we have seen 9 hours! The Bluetooth version lasts over 5.5 hours. |

| Does CiFy work with all iPod models? |
| CyFi will work with all iPod models even the iTouch, and starting 12/01/08 CYFI will work with the iPhone. The only Apple unit CyFi will not work with is the shuffle and mini. |
